At a young age this word is frightening at times but this fear fades substantially with time. As years go by there's a general notion that an adult is meant to feel comfortable associating with new people constantly.
The idea of collaboration is somewhat instinctive for artists, whether its seeking opinions on a piece or coming together for a project. Therefore, it felt natural for me to approach my subject. Throughout the process of shooting we had several conversations which helped to present her in a specific light. The objective of "Out Of Sight" was solely to inform the viewer of the life of my subject, in fact as the project developed so did our friendship.
