À propos du livre
Mexico City, June 2014. The street vibrates with luscious reds and greens, yellows and turquoise, pinks and purples. With iPhone in hand, I pluck shots from the air like picking fruit from the vine. I walk and shoot, walk and shoot and walk and shoot; light-hearted, all play. The World Cup Games are on and Mexico is in the fray. Shops, restaurants, lounges, lobbies and puestos callejeros (sidewalk stalls) are all tuned in. Locals and tourists throng the streets. Traffic jams creep to a halt. Rivers of tequila flow. Nobody worries about anything.
Within the pages of this little book, Sallie Kravetz captures the color and energy of Mexico City and invites you to come along for a pleasant walk around the city (or at least a small part of it).

À propos du créateur
Sallie Kravetz
San Miguel de Allende, MX.
From the mid-seventies until now photography has been my guiding light. From film to Polaroid manipulations, from the darkroom to Lightroom, and from multimedia to mobile photography; it is a passion that never ends. Along the way my photographs have been honored with a Maryland Arts Council Award and a CityArts Grant from the City of Baltimore, my hometown, and selected for the permanent collection of the State Fine Arts Museum of Alma-Ata, Kazakhstan.
